Judy Simmons, PHR
Judy is a progressive Human Resource Professional capable of providing services that add value to the overall business strategy. Judy has the ability to align HR strategic objectives in a manner that conforms to most business goals and objectives has proven to improve organizational effectiveness.
Judy has led the HR function from start-up to sustaining and growing businesses in non-profit, manufacturing, and distribution environments. Since moving into the consulting arena eight years ago, Judy has assisted companies in a variety of situations including new business start-up, Human Resource restructuring, assessing HR effectiveness and compliance, succession planning, leadership development, executive coaching, and employee satisfaction.
Judy's career includes a variety of strategic and tactical activities to support the start-up of multiple facilities in non-profit and distribution organizations. She played a key role in moving a large non-profit organization through the implementation of a balanced scorecard approach to strategic planning. Judy has also led the development of a leadership training program to support the organization's cultural transformation including leadership succession planning.
Judy graduated with honors from Indiana Institute of Technology with a B.A. in Management with a Human Resources concentration. She holds the distinction of a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as well as facilitator certification from Development Dimensions International. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a past president of the Park 100 HR Partners in NW Indianapolis, IN.
