 YS Engines - YS 80ST 
The YS 80 is enjoying huge success in 3D helicopter flying worldwide. It's smooth running and monster horsepower have made it the #1 choice of aerobatic fliers. These engines make about 20% greater horsepower than the YS 61 ST II Engine and should be geared accordingly. We are recommending no higher than 9 to 1 gear ratio, and the best results are in the 8.1 to 8.5 to 1 area. If you wish to use 15% nitro fuel, stay closer to the 9 to 1 ratio for better results. The YS 80 is virtually identical in size
and weight to the YS 61 ST II Engine, so no modifications (other than gear ratio) are
necessary to install one in your current YS powered heli."
